Who we are
Easy Mode Games ("we", "us") makes mobile games. You can reach us at support@easymodegames.com.
Information we collect ourselves
None. Our games have no sign-in and don't send anything to us. Your progress (bolts, best height, colors, items you've unlocked, revives, settings, and whether you've finished the tutorial) is saved in a file on your device. It never leaves your device, and uninstalling the game deletes it.
Twisted Towers reads your phone's motion sensor to steer by tilting. That reading is used only while you play and isn't saved or sent anywhere.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Twisted Towers is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: a full-screen ad between some runs, and rewarded ads you can choose to watch for bolts. To show, limit, and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID (Android advertising ID or Apple's IDFA)
- your IP address, and the approximate location that comes from it
- information about your device and the app, such as model, operating system, language, and app version
- how you interact with ads, such as whether an ad was shown, watched to the end, or tapped
Ads may be personalized based on this information, unless you've chosen otherwise (see Your choices). We limit ads to content suitable for a general audience (rated PG or below). Google handles this information under its own policies: how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We don't receive your advertising ID or any personal information from these ads, only overall reports such as how many ads were shown.
In-app purchases
Bolt packs, Remove Ads, and the Supporter Pack are bought through Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iPhone). The store handles the payment; we never see your name, card, or other payment details. The game receives only a confirmation of what was bought, so it can give you the item and restore Remove Ads and the Supporter Pack when you reinstall. See the Google Privacy Policy or Apple's privacy policy.
Your choices
- Consent for personalized ads: if you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before Google uses your information for personalized ads. If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for ads. Either way, you can change your choice at any time with the Privacy Choices button in the game's settings (it appears where the law gives you this choice).
- Your advertising ID: you can reset or delete it, or turn off ad personalization, in your phone's settings (on Android: Settings > Google > Ads; on iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
- Remove Ads: a one-time purchase turns off the ads between runs. Rewarded ads stay available if you want the bolts.
- Uninstall: deletes all game data on your device.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and aren't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our games, contact us and we'll help.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state privacy laws in the US), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your personal information. Because we don't hold any personal information about you, requests about advertising data are handled by Google; you can use the choices above or Google's My Ad Center. You're always welcome to contact us with questions.
Data retention and security
We don't store your information on any server. Game data on your device is kept until you uninstall the game. Information collected by Google is kept and protected under Google's policies.
Changes to this policy
If our games start handling information differently, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
